Packages shipped to United States addresses always ship for free!

In order to provide the best selection of fashions, lowest prices and best availability of sizes and colors, we ship from warehouses in several countries.  Items shipped from overseas generally take longer to arrive than items shipped from our local warehouses.  In some cases, your order can ship from multiple warehouses in different packages that may not arrive at the same time.  Don't worry - you will get everything you ordered!  

Your items will ship in most cases within 3-5 business days of your order date. In unusual cases, it may take up to 7 days.  Please remember that this time is in addition to the actual transit time for your package.  Once we ship your package, you will receive tracking information by email.  Most orders are received within 10-20 days after the order date.

The Chic Find does ship internationally to most countries so we welcome all customers.  

The Chic Find is not responsible for packages lost or sent to an incorrect address due to customer error.  It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct mailing address. Please review your mailing address carefully before you finalize your purchase.

If shipping insurance is declined on the order, we cannot replace or refund items lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.  We are not responsible for items that are stolen after delivery.  Orders whose tracking information shows a completed delivery will not be refunded for non-delivery.    


We hope you love your new clothes, but in the event that they don't work out, our return process is simple!  First, remember that we will gladly send out exchanges free of charge for our customers. 

To exchange or return an item, please email our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your original item to arrange an RMA for an exchange/return. All items being returned or exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you, or we will donate them to charity after 30 days.

All returns must have an RMA number. The buyer must pay for return shipping.  We are not able to provide prepaid shipping labels.  Please use a traceable method when you are returning your package.  We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit to us. 

We must receive your returned item within 10 days of sending you your RMA number.  We are not able to process returns received after that timeframe.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. You should receive an email with your credit details within 3-5 days later.

Please note that all accepted returns incur a 10% restocking fee.  

Please note that items purchased using Sezzle as the payment method can be returned for store credit only.

The following categories of merchandise are FINAL SALE items:

  • Swimwear, Bodysuits, Leggings, Hats, Accessories and Jewelry.
  • All Discounts of 20% or more and clearance items, including all items in the SALE section of the website. 
  • All dresses and shoes in the Wedding Shop. 
  • Gift cards 

No returns, exchanges or adjustments will be allowed for these items.
