All orders leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted in the listing. 

The Chic Find does ship internationally so we welcome all customers.  

We hope you love your new clothes, but in the event that they don't work out, our process is simple!  Please email our customer service team within 6 days of receiving your original item to arrange an RMA for an exchange/return.  We will gladly send out exchanges free of charge for our customers for items that are unused (i.e.-unworn with all tags still attached) and in the same condition you received it in. All returns must have an RMA number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. You will receive an email with your store credit details. Any item that is returned with a foul odor, washed, makeup stains, etc will not be accepted.  Please be aware that homes where someone smokes, uses essential oils, or heavy spices may affect the smell of clothing and is not suitable for us to resale.  

 Wedding Items: Wedding items are non returnable as these items are custom made for each order as it is received.  We are sorry for the troubles but please note that ahead of time. Thank you! This includes any item listed in the Wedding Category of the shop.

Items are normally received by 10 business days or less after shipment depending on the USPS.  Shipments going outside of the USA will take longer. 

  • Item must be returned with tags attached. Buyer pays return shipping.
  • Please use a traceable method when you are returning your package.
  • Once the item has been received back we will send you the store credit details within 3-5 business days.

The Chic Find s not responsible for packages lost or sent to an incorrect address due to customer error.  It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct mailing address. Please review your mailing address before you purchase, as we are unable to change your mailing address after your order has been placed. If shipping insurance is declined on the order we cannot replace lost items with the USPS. 

  • Swimwear, Leggings, Accessories and Hats are Final Sale items.
  • All Discounts of 20% or more and clearance items are final sale. 
  • All accepted returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are paid to the USPS and therefore not refundable.
